We manufacture our own levelling machines, build the tooling and equipment a production line needs, and run presses of our own. That combination is unusual in Indonesia, and it is the reason a tool leaves our building already proven.
01 / NC levelling machines
Our own product, built here.
PT Asai Metal is a precision NC levelling feeder machine manufacturer. The feeder is the product the company was founded on, developed in house over years of continuous research, and supplied across South East Asia.
We build NC levelling feeder machines and NC levelling shearing machines, both running programmable logic control. Our aim with each generation has been to turn a complicated electronic control system into something an operator finds simple and reliable on a running line.
Sizes, control options and integration with an existing press are quoted to your coil specification and press bed. Used NC feeders from ORII and TOMAC are also available from our machine stock.

02 / Mould, die and tool making
Precision tooling, designed and cut in house.
The tool room is the centre of the company. Design, machining, grinding, fitting, assembly, try-out and lifetime maintenance all happen in the same building, which means a correction takes days rather than a round trip through a subcontractor.
We build precision mould and die tooling for the metal stamping, electrical parts and automotive parts industries. Tool type is specified against your part and your annual volume, from single-stage and compound tools through to progressive and transfer dies.
Send a part drawing, a 3D model or a physical sample and we will come back with a manufacturability review and a quotation.

Why it matters that we own presses
A tool room without a press ships a tool it has never seen work. Ours are tried out on our own machines under load before release, so the first surprise is not yours.
03 / Jigs, fixtures and special-purpose machines
The equipment a line needs before it can produce anything.
Special-purpose machines and special-purpose tooling are quoted from a process description and a cycle-time target. We design the machine, build it, run it off in our own plant, then install and commission it in yours.
This is the highest-value, shortest-notice work a new factory buys, and it is the work we can quote fastest. It is also where a manufacturer with a full tool room has an advantage over an assembler: the fixture bodies, the jig frames and the precision components are machined by the same people who build our dies.

04 / Line build and robot integration
Complete production lines, designed, built and commissioned.
Seventeen years designing, constructing, retrofitting and commissioning production equipment and lines. We work from your process and your target output, and we hand back a line that has been run off before it is installed.
Industrial robot integration is part of the same service: cell design, fixturing, installation and commissioning, whether the robots are new or being redeployed from an existing line.

AMR05 / Production stamping
We own the presses. We will quote the parts.
Three press lines with NC levelling feeders. Their first job is proving the tooling we build, which is why our dies ship tested rather than theoretical.
Their second job is production. We welcome stamped-part enquiries and quote them on their merits, and because the die design, the tool room and the press shop are the same company, a part can go from drawing to first article without a second vendor in the chain. Tell us the part, the annual volume and the timing.
Where a programme needs press tonnage, bed size or a machining capability beyond the list opposite, we acquire it against the order. Equipment has not been our constraint.

06 / Machine supply and service
Equipment sourced, installed, commissioned and kept running.
We supply presses, feeders and line equipment to Indonesian manufacturers, new and used, and we service them afterwards. Buying a press from a company that runs a press shop and a tool room is a different transaction from buying one from a trader.
