PT Asai Metal is a precision NC levelling feeder machine and mould tool manufacturer, serving the metal stamping, electrical parts and automotive parts industries from Curug, Tangerang.
The company
Asai Metal began as a manufacturer of NC levelling feeder machines, developed in house and supplied across South East Asia. Building that product taught us the discipline the rest of the company now rests on: precision machining, our own designs, and equipment that has to survive a production shift rather than a demonstration.
From the feeder came the tool room, and from the tool room came everything else: precision mould and die tooling, jigs and fixtures, special-purpose machines, robot integration, complete production lines, and the press shop where we prove our own tooling before it ships.
Today we are a small company by headcount and a serious one by capability. Twenty people on land we own in Curug, working to an ISO 9001 quality system, for manufacturers across Indonesia's automotive, electrical and metal stamping industries.

Since its formation the company has pushed industrial automation forward. We applied programmable logic control to our NC levelling feeder and NC levelling shearing machinery precisely so that a sophisticated electronic control system would become something simple and reliable for the operator who has to use it.

We complete your supplier questionnaire and provide legal, tax, certification and reference documentation.
Come and assess the tool room, the press shop and the quality system in person. We do not stage it.
