Autonomous mobile robots, and the systems they run in.
Asai Metal AMRs move materials around your plant without fixed paths. Buy the robots, or have us design, install and commission a complete AMR system for your production line.
Smart AMRs, powered by AI
Material handling that finds its own way.
Our AMRs use AI-driven navigation to move freely around a working plant. They detect obstacles in real time and adapt to a changing environment, without fixed paths or an operator steering them.
Unlike a traditional AGV, an AMR does not need a fixed route. It can be added to the plant you already have, and the fleet can grow as your output does.
Two ways to buy
The robot, or the whole system.
Some customers want AMR units for a team that already knows what to do with them. Others want material handling that works, and would rather we took responsibility for getting it there.
AMR units
Asai Metal autonomous mobile robots for internal logistics and material handling, supplied for manufacturing, warehousing and distribution.
- AI-driven navigation, with no fixed paths
- Real-time obstacle detection
- Adapts to a changing plant environment
- Scales from a single robot to a fleet
AMR systems for your production line
We design, install and commission the complete system: how many robots you need, the routes they take, and how they connect your stations, so material arrives where and when the line needs it.
- Survey of your layout and material flow
- System design: routes, stations, robot count and charging
- Installation and commissioning on site
- Handover to your team, with continuing support
What it changes
Less time moving parts. More time making them.
Integrating AMRs into your operations lowers labour cost, reduces errors and improves workflow efficiency, and the system scales with demand. It is a practical step toward Industry 4.0 that does not start with rebuilding the factory.
Built with the line, not around it
Asai Metal also designs and builds production lines, jigs and special-purpose machines. When we design an AMR system, the stations the robots serve are part of the same conversation.
