A
Motor core laminations
Stator and rotor laminations are a progressive-die problem before they are a stamping
problem: thin silicon steel, tight tolerances, high stroke rates. Largely imported into
Indonesia today. The barrier to entry is the tool, so engage us at the die stage and we
will tell you honestly what the programme needs.
B
Busbars and HV hardware
Precision-stamped copper and aluminium conductors, terminals and connection hardware.
High volume, tooling-led, and independent of cell chemistry. Copper passes through as
material cost, so the value added is process rather than metal.
C
Structural brackets and mounts
Motor mounts, inverter and controller brackets, harness and module fixings, chassis and
body brackets. Conventional stamping and forming, inside our press capability, and the
most straightforward place for a first production enquiry.
D
Battery module and pack hardware
Clamping plates, end plates, cell holders, rack and tray components, and the fixturing
used to assemble them. A cell plant consumes this hardware and its fixturing
continuously for as long as it runs.
E
Two-wheeler electrification
Hub motor components, swap-battery hardware and frame brackets. We have supplied
Indonesia's two-wheeler industry for years. The same plants, the same engineers, a new
powertrain.

Your programme
If the part is stamped, formed, welded or assembled and you need it made in Indonesia,
send the drawing. If it is outside what we can do well, we will say so rather than take
the tool order.
