Three presses from AIDA and Ssangyong, fed by our own NC levelling feeders. Every die we build is tried out on this equipment before it is released, so a tool is proven under production conditions and not only on paper.

Tool room
Where the tooling is actually made.
Fourteen machines and the people who have run them for years. Tool design, machining, fitting, assembly, try-out and lifetime maintenance all happen inside this room. That is why a die correction takes a few days rather than a subcontract cycle.

Facility
Owned land, secured power, room to grow.
We own the site in Kadujaya, Curug, with permits and electrical supply already in place. That matters to a customer planning a multi-year programme: expansion here is a capital decision rather than a landlord negotiation.
